Actual Miles Last Week: 32

Training Goal This Week: My life has significantly changed this week. I have a few more responsibilities and a little less time to walk. If I could log 19 miles this week and 21 miles next week, I'd feel pretty good about myself. I'm trying to add in a little more strength training that I can do at home. I'll keep you posted!
